Wind To Power Systems Inc. Releases 1000v Solar Inverter Certified to UL Standards

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wind To Power Systems Inc. (W2PS), a leading provider of systems that integrate renewable power into the electric grid, announces the certification of their Solar2PS� 500KW, 630KW, and 750KW solar inverters to UL 1741 and CSA 22.2 No. 107.1-0. These IEEE 1547 inverters are available in both 600v and 1000v versions. Both versions certified to UL/CSA standards.
   
The 1000-volt Solar2PS features include Low Voltage Ride Through, wide-ranging Reactive Power Control, and a maximum efficiency of 98.3%. The system is managed through Modbus-TCP for SCADA, with remote access for fault diagnosis and event history register. The Solar2PS system is fully compatible with third-party supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
