For starters, I am a amature at wood-work.
I have glued 8 pieces of Tassie Oak together. The the parts come together at 90 degrees and all have 45 degrees end cuts. they basically make 2 x 4 sided frames. I hope you know what I mean.
Where I have glued 2 45 degree faces together, its pretty good all around exept for a couple of places where there is a .3 to .5 mm gap.
I was thinking of mixing some of the sanding dust with white wood glue to fill the gaps....
