Recently I’ve had quite a number of people asking about the router. It’s funny, because I use it all the time and kind of gloss over any routing in my videos. It’s one of the most intimidating tools for new woodworkers.
It’s easy for me to sometimes forget that there are a lot of brand new woodworkers on LumberJocks who are trying to find their way into the craft. So if you are new to woodworking, don’t fret: we were all new at some point.
In the first video, I’ll give you a basic understanding of the woodworking router and enough to get you started with it. In part two, you can dive into your first project…something you can actually use.
