DECC Welsh Language Scheme approved

DECC’s Welsh Language Scheme has been approved by the Welsh Language Board.

The Scheme sets out how DECC will put into practice the Welsh Language Act 2003 which requires public bodies to treat the Welsh and English languages on the basis of equality in the services they provide. 

The Scheme has been prepared in accordance with the Welsh Language Board's guidelines under the Welsh Language Act.
