sanding after using arbortech

Hello, I have my fathers 60th birthday next week and thought i would make him a sheoak burl bowl as part of his present. I had already rough shaped it 6 months ago and let it finish curing. I finished the carving today using a arbortech pro carver blade and sanded it with the mini grinder. only have very course disks for it so only used it to smooth out the blade markings. My question is how do people sand bowls, I just had a look at carrols web site and found these CWS Store - 50mm Power...
