Jig for Box Joints

After cutting all of the box joint finger notches in the second board, dry fit the two boards together to test the fit of the box joint. To complete the final assembly of the box joint, simply apply a small amount of woodworking glue into the fingers of the box joint, assemble, check for square and clamp the boards in place.
