Half my shed back

I built my shed about 9 years ago...shortly after putting on the roof, a mate (who was having some marriage issues) asked if he could move in upstairs for a couple of weeks, :rolleyes:...."just till it got sorted out" :rolleyes:...
Anyways...8 years later...(last week) ..he moved out...(btw, this proved to be a mutually agreeable arrangement during that time)
