She says start by making a *master pattern - an exact copy* of what you want.
Use a washer with a 1/4" difference between od & id and trace around the master pattern with pencil cut sand & we have a master template 1/4" bigger than the Master Pattern. So far so good.
So to make working templates for the left & right curves she cuts a piece of mdf in two using a 3/4" bearing on a 1/4" bit...
