How long going from dry to humid?

Hello all!

I bought some kiln dried 4/4 Cherry from an online lumber supplier located in AZ. I’m in MS which I must think is waaay more humid than Arizona. My question is how long before I can actually start using the lumber? Another factor is that the lumber, is stacked & stickered in my shop right now which is enclosed but not heated/cooled so is a different environment entirely from where the final project is going (inside house).
