Old TV Cabinet

I hope this is not a repeat posting. I tried to post this earlier in the week but for some reason cannot find the post in any of the forums.

I am about to tackle this old TV cabiinet and transform into a beverage center…aka, A Bar. I just wanted to know if anyone has any “watch out for” warnings.

I plan to run Rockler wine glass moulding along the top on one side and a shelf on the other. Then I want to install a pull out drawer at the bottom to hold bottles.

I am planning on using Bluim under drawer sliders for the drawer.

Any advise will be appreciated. I am already learning the holding power of the glue used in this piece. That might be a proiblem when I start to remove the old molding that held the TV Chasis in place.
