I walked into my shed a little while ago with nothing particular planned. As I walked in I saw a squarish piece of MDF on my bench. As I looked at it I could have sworn that it spoke to me. This is what it said:
”I’d be really good as a pusher for the circular saw”
So I pulled out the hole saw and jig saw, filed and sanded off some edges and this is what that square piece of MDF looks like now …
Now that piece of MDF is back with its old friend, to whom it was once joined, that also became a saw push stick, though of a different shape.
After all this, I’m not sure what worries me the most – that I heard voices in my head, or that it was common old MDF that I heard instead of the indigenous solid timber that I have stacked in the corner!
Help!
