Delta 36 714 Value?

I’m 30 and looking to get into woodworking more.

My father’s a contractor and really good but borrowing tools is a pain in the arse. Not to mention he typically just does the project himself.

I’m looking at a 6 year old Delta 36 714 Table saw with Beisemeyer fence and some feather boards. Just like the one below but has comes with the rolling base.

Guy is asking $500 but is easy an hour away. I was going to offer $380.

What do you think its worth? He used it to do his kitchen cabinets, its left tilt also.
