Here’s a Maple tea light candle holder just in time for the season. It’s 21” long, about 1 3/4 wide and 1 1/4” thick. It’s one solid piece of wood. The top radius is about 24” and lower around 23”. Used a 2” forstner bit and drilled 3/4 inch deep holes. They are spaced in from the edges 2 1/2”, 6 1/2” and 10 1/2”. The ends are sanded to 1” thickness to make the legs. Still needs to be stained and finished.
For such a simple project I sure used lots of tools making it: drum sander, spindle sander, disk sander, router, mitre saw, table saw, bandsaw, drill press, planner and jointer. I think that’s all of them.
