Should California Simply Adopt German Solar Tariffs?

Newly installed solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in Californian were paid an average of approximately $0.34/kWh last year, according to a privately commissioned study. Germans paid substantially less, taking into consideration the amount of solar energy their country receives.
